I do not offer a sliding scale fee schedule. I have purposefully set my fee lower than my colleagues, in an attempt to make quality counseling assessable to the general population.
I accept insurance reimbursements from Aetna and BlueCrossBlueShield. You are required to contact your provider and confirm the amount of the service for which you are financially responsible. If your insurance provider does not reimburse, you will be responsible for the balance due.
If you have a different insurance provider, you will be required to pay the session fee. I DO provide an itemized statement with treatment and diagnosis codes, that should expedite your ability to submit claims and receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.
